I actually like pills. I'm against over-prescribing but I find it ignorant saying that you can live a happy long life without things like antibiotics.
I'm sure that after nurturing all the wonderful bacteria we have, helping them mutate and get stronger, we can use garlic and lemon to destroy them.
It's a tool. Don't use it, don't make it a goal. Unless it gets you high, if it does, take as much as you can.
Either way, pills are good, mkay!
